We're one of the last bakeries in the country to make a HANDMADE HEARTH BAKED PRETZEL! Using the same techniques since we started in 1935, we've been twisting each delicious, sourdough pretzel sourcing our ingredients from small farms in the Northeast. Our pretzels begin with a simple—and secret—sourdough recipe of flour, water, yeast, and salt. Our bakers then hand-roll and hand-twist each and every pretzel.
