An evolution of our classic (and cult favorite!) sweet potato with marshmallows ice cream. We start with real sweet potatoes blended into cream. Spice it up with nutmeg and Vietnamese cinnamon for a deep, cozy, straight-from-the-oven flavor. All that autumnal robustness needs a sweet lift — so we swirl it with our bright, almost candy-like marshmallow-scented cream. And finish with handfuls of pralines, like the nuts scattered across a sweet potato casserole. Melting into the cream to create heavenly pockets of caramelized crunch.
